I guess I understand all your points .. but I suppose my main point is this .. say you didn't have a flowmap and didn't know the limits .. would someone or could someone use the EGT's as you said earlier to understand what the limit of the turbo is .. that was the question I was getting at - perhaps poorly stated .. I don't have the background to say or not to say what you are saying is correct ...I have always been told that ( assuming a/f is tight) --egt's will give you a gauge if the limits have been reached -- I just want to know if that is wrong thinking or not ..
